Swan Lane Studios are situated just to the east of the city centre, with easy access to the A45 and M6. They sit on the 6 & 6a bus route straight from the city centre.
There is ample on-street parking close by and to the side of the building
There are 2 black doors and you will be entering the right hand one Our keys are kept in a keysafe to the right of that door. The code is 2202. Please return the front door key, close the safe, mix up the numbers and then enter. You are then in Studio 4 on the ground floor. There is then a keysafe next to the door and the code is 1004. In the safe, there is a key to the front door and to your studio. As with the front door, please close the safe, mix up the numbers and slide the black cover into place.
Please ensure you leave the property clean and tidy, and place any rubbish in the relevant outside bin along the wall at the rear of the building. Key are to be returned to the keysafe and the numbers mixed up.
#1 The lead guest must be 24 years or older. Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden as this residence is peaceful with families and children staying. Quiet time is after 10pm.
#2 Smoking inside is forbidden and a fine of £250 to £500 will be payable if the cleaning company deem any room to smell of smoke.
#3 Cash payments are not accepted.
#4 Late check outs are possible for an additional fee of £15 for 1 hour and £25 for 2 hours.
#5 All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
#6 This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from any excessive noise.
#7 There are no pets allowed in the building. Any guest bringing pets will be ejected. There is a £250 to £500 fine payable, which includes an extensive specialist clean for potential allergy sufferers staying after you.
